As a result of attending any one of our classroom training sessions participants leave with and Action Plan and the very best of intentions to put it into action!  However in our experience most people return to their daily role and being caught up in their day to day activities soon find that their action plan has been sidelined.

For this reason we make follow up 1:1 coaching  a standard part of our practice.

We assist program participants with making their action plan come alive in the work place.

We do this by identifying with them opportunities in the workplace to practice their new skills and behaviours, they make the learning real.  Taking it through from the classroom into the office.


It really works; research shows that training followed by coaching is up to 30% more effective.
